This Referral Service Agreement, effective from the specified Effective Date, will be valid for either six (6) months or one (1) year, depending on the chosen membership plan. Zac Appointments LLC and the Agent/Broker have the right to end this Agreement by providing written or emailed notice at least thirty (30) days before the intended termination date.

Effect of Termination

Terminating the Referral Agreement will not cancel any outstanding compensation, credits, discounts, or amounts owed or payable due to a Referral Acceptance by the Broker before termination.

Manual Renewal

For annual plans with Zac Appointments LLC Referral, manual renewal is necessary using the provided payment information. To extend the Plan beyond each anniversary date (Renewal Date), the Member must initiate the renewal process. The Membership Fee will only be charged to the designated payment method upon explicit confirmation of renewal.

Cancellation Steps

To begin the cancellation of the Plan, written or emailed notice must be given at least fourteen (14) days in advance to the other party. The Agent/Broker must complete and submit the “service cancellation form” to Zac Appointments LLC Referral via email at info@zacappointments.com. Once cancellation is confirmed, a unique cancellation confirmation number will be provided.
